1. Delivery & ETA
SWANGKE is in soft launch. ETA is provided after availability and delivery details are confirmed by text. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or peak demand. There is no guaranteed delivery window during soft launch.
2. Orders & Confirmation
All requests are submitted through the Request Checkout page. A request is not a confirmed order — no payment is collected at submission. An order is confirmed only when a SWANGKE team member acknowledges it by text. Once confirmed, your delivery is scheduled and an ETA is provided.
3. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are consumable and delivered on-demand, returns are limited. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise unsatisfactory, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Non-defective items in opened condition are non-returnable. Adult products cannot be returned once delivered.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. San Francisco sales tax (8.625%) is calculated at checkout. Delivery is $7.99 in the core zone and $10.99 in the extended zone. A $3 late-night fee applies after midnight, and locally sourced requests include an $8.99 sourcing fee. Merchandise minimums are $20 for verified in-stock items and $40 for locally sourced requests. Tips are optional. Your request is not accepted or charged until SWANGKE confirms availability, timing, and final pricing.
5. Privacy Standards
During soft launch, SWANGKE collects only the information necessary to respond to your request — name, mobile number, neighborhood, requested items, request status, and timestamps. No payment data is collected by SWANGKE during soft launch. We never sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Age Verification
Customers must be 18 or older to purchase adult-category items and 21 or older to purchase Smoke Shop items. A valid government-issued ID must be presented at delivery. SWANGKE reserves the right to refuse delivery if age cannot be verified. See our Age Verification page for full details.
7. Service Area
Delivery is available in Castro, Mission/Valencia and our listed central San Francisco service neighborhoods. Availability and timing are confirmed based on the delivery address. We reserve the right to decline requests outside our current coverage area. Check our Delivery Areas page for the current neighborhood list.
8. Liability
SWANGKE acts as a delivery conduit for everyday goods. We are not liable for misuse of products after delivery. All products are sourced from reputable suppliers and handled according to safety standards. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the order.
9. Data Use & Anti-Scraping
Commercial scraping, targeted-advertising use, AI training, data resale, and bulk collection of Swangke content are prohibited unless authorized under Swangke's Data Use & Anti-Scraping Policy.
