Policies
Delivery Policies
Clear, upfront details on our delivery radius, pricing structure, and minimum order requirements during soft launch.
Delivery Radius
We deliver across central San Francisco to 9 neighborhoods, from the Castro to Downtown. ETA is provided after availability and delivery details are confirmed. If you're outside our listed zones, text us — we often accommodate nearby addresses when possible.
Service Hours & Late-Night Boundaries
SWANGKE operates Monday – Thursday 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM and Friday – Sunday 24 Hours. New requests are accepted during these windows only. Late-night deliveries run through the early morning — a $3 late-night fee applies after midnight — and all deliveries complete within our Castro and central San Francisco service boundaries. Requests outside those boundaries are accommodated only when confirmed by text.
Pricing Structure
Product prices are listed individually in USD. Delivery is $7.99 in the core zone (Castro, Duboce Triangle, Hayes Valley, Lower Haight, Civic Center) and $10.99 in the extended zone. A $3 late-night fee applies after midnight, and locally sourced requests include a $8.99 sourcing fee. San Francisco sales tax (8.625%) is calculated when an order is confirmed. Payment method and final total are arranged when SWANGKE confirms your request by text.
Courier Tips
An optional courier tip is available after order confirmation. There is no mandatory gratuity during soft launch.
Minimum Order
A $20 minimum applies to verified in-stock items, and a $40 minimum applies to locally sourced requests. This helps us keep late-night delivery sustainable and ensures we can reach every neighborhood efficiently.
